Orders and Taxes

All orders are charged at order submission. Sales tax may be applied as required by state and local laws, accurate processing will reflect destination-specific requirements.

Shipping

Orders are processed during business hours and confirmed via email with your relevant tracking information. Domestic orders typically ship within 2–3 days. International shipping availability with those specific rates.

Returns

Returns may be initiated via inquiry within 14 days from date of delivery. Return approval is required to process all returns. Standard return shipping fees will apply. Use of the returned product must be limited to original trial to qualify. After inspection the processed funds will be returned to the your payment method that was used by the customer.

BLACBESS collects customer information to provide better service. Credit information is encrypted through a Secure Socket layer. Customer data is not shared or sold to third parties.
